The Treatment Court Advocacy Center of Lackawanna County is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation formed in 2007 with 501 C 3 status issued by the Internal Revenue Service.
The Treatment Court Advocacy Center of Lackawanna County, commonly referred to as TCAC, has as its primary mission providing assistance to the individual participants in the various Lackawanna County treatment/problemsolving courts as they seek to overcome obstacles in achieving sober, drug-free productive lives.
TCAC seeks to assist the various treatment/problem-solving courts in Lackawanna County and the staff of the Courts by providing a funding source for training and resources for the expansion of the courts and to otherwise promote justice in Lackawanna County.
TCAC works collaboratively with the Court and various public and private entities to secure grants, donations and necessary funds to meet the unique unfunded needs of participants striving to satisfy treatment court/problem-solving requirements and to assist the treatment court/problem-solving courts in expanding their programming.
TCAC works with our community partners to meet the unique unfunded needs of the treatment court participants as they move from an addictive lifestyle to a sober lifestyle.

TCAC works collaboratively with the Lackawanna County Treatment Courts and various public and private entities to identify the unfunded needs of Treatment Court participants and to secure funds to meet those unique needs through grants, donations and fund raising events. Our Board, volunteers and partners work hard every day to help change lives, save lives and restore families.
