PEER TO PEER
At The Recovery Bank our Recovery Coaches, who are Certified Recovery Specialists, provide peer support to those who are in recovery from substance abuse disorder. Our services are non-clinical in nature whereby the Recovery Coach shares their lived experience and provides encouragement in making healthy connections with other individuals in the recovery community, as well as helps navigate community based services and resources.
Recovery Coaching can help remove barriers and obstacles that are faced, and can serve as a personal mentor for people seeking, or already in recovery. Coaches also work with recoverees to develop their own individual recovery wellness plans.
